Co-manager Elisabeth Leal, with 20 years' of physiotherapy experience and
able to work with clients in 6 languages, comments;

case basis - for example with golf injuries - we develop tailored programs that
are specific to their problem. We offer short and long term solutions,
making the gym ideal for everybody."
Elisabeth's partner, Valter Luz, heads up exercise programmes at the gym. He
comments:

from personal trainers, aerobics and strength building work through to tailored
exercise for younger and older people.

All available in our quiet and calming treatment room,
using locally produced eucalyptus oil, renowned for its restorative qualities.
We have a good range of beauty treatments including our aroma body scrubs.
Gym classes include a golf workout to help you strengthen
the specific muscles used on the golf course - the ideal preparation for your first round,
or to help you overcome those nagging aches and pains.
Other classes vary from aerobics and cardio fitness to pilates, yoga and stretching
sessions. We've got gymnastics for kids, workouts for teenagers, exercises for
older people - in fact something for everyone. So why not come along and join
