At The Algarve Direct we take no commission on bookings received, we do not filter your enquiries and we believe you are the best person to promote your property to potential guests. Alternatively your enquiries can be passed on to your management agent, or whoever you would like to manage them.

Therefore, we only charge a simple one-off annual subscription fee for membership. The annual subscription is just 250€/£159 - but be amongst the earlybirds and get 20% reduction on your membership for the first year.
Until 30th November, we are offering our annual membership at a discounted rate of just 200€/£127.

How do I make my own page ?

You first need to contact us - send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We will create an account for you so that you can then log into your own Control Panel, and start managing your property.

To create your page all you need to do is to fill in our online form. If you prefer you can download a printable PDF version of the form so that you know what information you need.
Download the form (Adobe reader required) - click here !

You can use the print-off form as a test to save you time when you are online. In your Control Panel you can also upload you own photos, set your availbility, add your prices and manage any reservations you may have.

What happens next ?

Once you have created your page, you can preview it, edit it, change things, whatever. We will then verify the page, and once payment has been received we will make your page live!
