Hidden away in the idyllic setting of the Valverde complex (just off the
Quinta roundabout on the road to Pinheiros Altos) is the delightful Tapas Bar.
Elaine and the team offer a friendly service in relaxed surroundings.
Whether you visit to eat or just for a drink, make yourself comfortable either
in the bar, on the terrace or in the garden area.
The menu consists of a variety
of tapas (Algarvian Prawns, Piri-Piri Chicken Wings, BBQ Spare Ribs, Calamari,
Deep-Fried Brie, to name but a few) or the more substantial house specials like
Thai Green Curry, Salmon & Prawn Kebab, Mexican Chicken Tortilla Wrap, Fillet
Mignon & Chunky Chips or Beef Stir-Fry.
Alternatively there is a popular self-service salad bar selection.
We also have a selection of fine wines in stock. A take-away service is available
and the bar is open 7 days during the season - closed on Sundays otherwise. Inside
the bar we show Sky Sports (including Premiership Plus) for any sporting events
you may want to see.
The Tapas bar is well worth a visit; pleasant surroundings,
an efficient & friendly service, tasty food and you will always be made to
feel welcome.
